Delivery:

We courier to a designated address. Unless specific delivery instructions are provided (ie, leave at back door, behind garage) then our courier companies may leave you a note (mail box, front door). Ring them to organise re-delivery.

Delivery costs are as below.

New Zealand - $8.00
New Zealand - free on orders over $200.00

Delivery Time:

We use different courier firms and both pick-up morning and afternoon so your order is normally dispatched within 3-4 hours of order. South Island orders are generally 2 days and North Island takes an extra day.

Damage

If your wine is damaged, or has breakage or loss let us know and we will replace

Returns:

If for any reason you’re not happy with a wine, we will happily replace it or refund you in full. Send us an email with full details as soon as possible.

Please note that all return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
