Deep purple in colour, this Shiraz is abound with flavours of black fruits and
peppery spice. Finishing with supple tannins and just a hint of oak spice.

This fruit was sourced from Vasarelli’s Currency Creek Vineyard. They insisit
on perfectly ripe, healthy grapes, low yields and harvesting at precisely the
right time. Harvested in the cool of the early morning to preserve fruit
structure. Extended time on skins pre and post ferment to allow gentle
extraction. Matured for 18 months in 10% New and 90% seasoned French Oak
Hogsheads to allow softening of tannins and acid and assist fruit / oak
integration.
