This is a beautiful wine, elegant yet not too complicated. Minerality with a bit of lemon peel. A dry white wine with a sweet core and even some leftover tannins. Has a medium strong finish. 

Try something different, with Pays d'Oc certification from France. They do things well when it comes to wine.
